On 23rd July, local government confirmed that the national support staff pay award for 2025–26 has been agreed. Staff on NJC contracts will receive a 3.2% pay increase, backdated to 1 April 2025.
The agreement also confirms that Spinal Column Point 2 will be permanently removed from April 2026.
